Prior to becoming a PNP, Jill worked as an RN in the level I/II nursery, general pediatrics, and in the pediatric intensive care unit.

Fran has a master's degree in nursing and a doctorate in education. She has more than 30 years of experience as a pediatric nurse practitioner and has served as the PNP Program Director at MUSC and the University of Utah. She was also the Graduate Program Director in the College of Nursing at MUSC for several years. In addition to the education of PNPs, she has a particular interest in pediatric immunizations and HIV.

After graduating from the PNP program at the Medical University of South Carolina, she worked in a Pediatric ICU in Phoenix, AZ and then in the Pre-Operative Clinic here at MUSC. In addition to her work as a PNP, she is also a flight nurse in the United States Air Force Reserves. Tracey is a native of Charleston and returned 1 year ago with her fiance Brad. She recently added a new member (dog) to the family, Sierra. She enjoys the beach, kayaking and traveling.

Leigh Arden came to the Pediatric Emergency Department from a local, private pediatric practice. She has also been a clinical instructor in pediatrics for undergraduate nursing students in the MUSC College of Nursing. Prior to becoming a PNP, Leigh Arden worked as a RN on the inpatient medical/surgical and subspecialty units as well as in the nurseries at the MUSC Children's Hospital.
