As chief, I have goals of improving the educational aspects for the residents using all the resources available. An important theme to our endeavors includes incorporating technology into the learning environment. We plan to achieve this by using the internet, personal storage devices, and the state of the art simulation lab - all of this with the goal in mind of training the best pediatricians.

The decision to train at MUSC was easy. The training program allows for exposure in the spectrum from primary care to tertiary care. Our residents have a great professional relationship with our attendings, who take ownership in the education of residents. Coupling this with the intrigue of a city like Charleston, I could not hide my excitement to train at MUSC. |
